Ladies and gentlemen,
You are cordially invited to join us for this year’s Jersey City Carnival Scholarship Breakfast at the beautiful Michael Anthony's Restaurant, 502 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, New Jersey overlooking the Hudson River at 09:00 A.M.- Jul 28 11:30 AM. This year's Keynote speaker is going to be Wale Idris Ajibade, Executive DIrector of African Views Organization. The event is organized by New Hope, Inc and Sidewalk University, a NJ based NGO that is doing several children and women’s programs, including strengthening the network between the Caribbean and Africans in Diaspora in the Tri-state area. Several NJ politicians and notable business personalities are going to be at this event. There will be plenty of opportunity for networking. The suggested ticket prize is $25, which comes with a fully fledged American breakfast, worth all the money. But the networking opportunity is priceless. If you have never been to one of this carnivals, I high recommend it.
Plan to come early to get good seats and parking is usually available but gets quickly filed . The event includes a Gospel concert featuring recording artists. See you there!

The scholarship breakfast is July28, 2012 at Michael Anthony's Restuarant at 9am. Below are the directions to Michael Anthony's Resturant:
Directions: Michael Anthony's Restaurant, 502 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, New Jersey. The restaurant is on the water front, so you have to enter into the Newport Marina to get to the restaurant. The entrance to the marina has a big blue sign and gate. They is no building with the 502 on Washington Blvd. The marina is between 480 and 510.
Path Train:
Take the path train to the Pavaonia/NewPort station. Once you come out of the station Michael Anthony's is half a block from the station.
Holland Tunnel:
Once you enter into New Jersey make a left at the first light (Marin Blvd). Then turn left onto Thomas Gangemi Dr/6th street, the mall parking lot will be on your left, the light after the parking lot you make the left. Then make left onto Washington blvd. The entrance to the Newport Marina is in the middle of the block.
