OPEN CULTURES

OPEN CULTURES
"Culture" is an integrated pattern of human knowledge, belief, and behavior that depicts the capacity for symbolic values of a group. Therefore, each group has its own unique culture. Since there are many groups, there are many cultures. Each of these cultures tends to dominate another whenever they can. The elements of culture include what we do, how we communicate, produce, and portray it- as essential and or meaningful to the group.
Open Cultures is a public discussion on special traditional arts, costumes, sciences, cuisines, music and all those things that allow people to identify and embrace the uniqueness of another group of people. This program is structured to help us understand and develop better relationships with other groups of people. Open Cultures includes discussions, poetry, and music from various cultures around the world.
